On September 16, 1999 I refused to sign the divorce papers from my first wife. On November 5, 1999, I went to the court house and married someone else. On November 12, 1999...a judge asked my first wife if she wanted to press bigomy charges...she said no. On November 27, 1999, the judge finally signed the divorce papers pro nuc tu...I never went back to the court house to marry the second woman, but we have a child together...am I really married to her?
