Am I Entitled to Back Child Support?

I am a 36 year old woman who was never acknowledged by her father. He was not listed on my birth certificate, but my mother knows for sure who he is. I have found his name and possible address, but I'm wondering if I would be entitled to any kind of monetary settlement/back child support?

I just never felt it was fair that he didn't help to support me in any way and I'm wondering if I have any cause to pursue anything?

At this late date it isnt going to happen. If it would the money would go to your Mother not you

You are owed nothing. Your mother would have been owed CS but since she never filed for it, it is much too late to do anything. Your mother had 18 years to establish paternity and file for CS.
