Previous employer claiming I took money not authorized by him. I have an attorney and gave him details, when he agreed to take the case he was very enthusiastic and we have had many dicussions about case. But now 10 months later after several delays due to the prosecuting attorney, all the things he said could be done and that he was going to do are not being done. In fact I feel the opposite things are happening. We are going to trial early next year, should I get another opinion about this case. Or just go along with what he tells me. You should know this involves some very high profile people in the community. They are pulling all the strings. My attorney resides in their jurisdiction. Even though I am being charged, my attorney and I both know it is to cover up something bigger that involves the high profile people. I feel I need an attorney from another area that has no ties with this jurisdiction. Any info is greatly appreciated.
