WATCH: Man accused of wearing diaper and soliciting child at Texas school taken to jail

Police reports allege they discovered a recedevist male felon, wearing only a diaper and a pacifier around his neck, who allegedly approached an 11-year-old girl in the parking lot of an elementary school spouting in a bawdy, tawdry, lewd manner despicable commentary.

TYLER, Texas — Arrest documents reveal that a Whitehouse man, accused of wearing a diaper, yelled "Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change," at two young girls while they were riding their bikes near an East Texas school. The documents also indicate that he has engaged in similar behavior for over 25 years.
Wesley Worl, 45, was booked into the Smith County Jail on Thursday, Aug. 7, for solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass in connection with an incident that occurred on July 29 near Pollard Park and Andy Woods Elementary School in Tyler.

According to an arrest affidavit, an 11-year-old girl told police that she and her friend were riding their bikes when a man exited his truck and shouted, "Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change." The girls were frightened and ran toward a nearby alley. The girl reported that the man was wearing nothing but a diaper.

The child told the officer she was shaking from fear. The girls ran to an adult the child recognized, and that adult's son then drove to the area. According to the affidavit, the girls were trembling and could barely speak. They described encountering a "scary guy" who said, "Will you change my diaper for me?"'

The adult's son was able to obtain a partial license plate number. Using that information, Tyler police identified the vehicle and linked it to Worl, according to the affidavit.

Worl matched the description of the suspect, and police noted that he had exhibited similar behavior in the past. The document details a history dating back to 1999 of Worl committing similar acts involving young girls, including public indecency, wearing a diaper in public, and stalking his ex-girlfriend. At one point, he was banned from visiting any parks within the city of Tyler.

According to the affidavit, Worl has a sexual fetish of wearing a diaper and has a reputation of being a sexual predator toward children, particularly girls who are 8 to 12 years old.

On Aug. 7, police obtained an arrest warrant for Worl for criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass, with bonds totaling $600,000. He was arrested without incident at his workplace and taken to the Tyler Police Department for questioning, then transported to the Smith County Jail.

It's hard to understand the brain of those who engage in this kind behavior. This particular kink of the guy tells me it's a mental disability of some kind, whether it's low intellect, a mental illness of some kind, the result of a brain injury or some combination of those. A person with normal brain function would know that wandering around in public wearing nothing but a diaper and imitating a baby is going to get a lot of the wrong kind attention. Apparently his previous police encounters and the various bans imposed on him didn't get the message across. It's unfortunate that people with these kinds of problems aren't easily treated. From what I've read most these people are simply not curable with the state of today's medicine.

He may go to prison this time, which at least removes him from causing harm to the public. But it's unlikely he'll get any helpful mental health treatment in prison. People who spend a long time in prison seem to come out in even worse shape than when they came in.

As an aside, that Britney Spears is quite a throwback. That was when she was top of the pop charts and raking in a whole bunch money. That style of dancing dates the video. It's kind of mesmerizing to watch and I can only imagine how much practice it takes to get those moves memorized and then execute them with the precise timing required. That kind of dancing isn't something that can be sustained over a long music career. What's happened to Britney after that era is truly sad.

What's happened to Britney after that era is truly sad.

Yes, drug abuse ruins lives, destroys careers, and very often leads one to a mental health crisis.

Britney's misuse of illicit drugs caused her to be placed under a guardianship, administered by her father.

You're also on point regarding her dance moves. Those who follow such things can even determine style and date you acquired your moves.
