If a competitive cheer contract is signed with the idea that a cheer practice would have 2practice days a week with an additional practice being called at different times to fix stunts, pyramids, or a practice date needs to be changed for whatever reason. In the contract it states that practices can be added, dropped, or changed during any point of the season. During the first 8 months practices were still the same 2 practice days with an occasional extra practice called, the for the next 3 months a 3rd days was added but not agreed to or explained would happen at the time the contract is signed, would this be a breach of contract? For the past 10 years of being involved with cheer occasional extra practices are called but never every week for 3 months. Is that legal?

Let's assume it isn't legal.
Your remedy would be to bring a lawsuit for a contract breach.
It may be time to sever your ties when you can, and move on.
Why?
Read the entire contract, your remedy might limit your ability to sue and force you to mediation or arbitration.
If you're not limited, a civil lawsuit could drone on for years, all the while your meter's running.
A small claims lawsuit caps damages by state.
I'm not sure what it is in your state, the national average hovers around five grand.
Good luck.

So you are upset that the contract you signed allows for practices to be added at any time and that is what has happened? What am I missing?

Based on what you posted, it sounds like the contract allows for this.
