I really need help quick. Are there any laws prohibiting a councelor to require someone to take an mmpi when he/she is almost done with outpatient but is still on probation. this was a dui cace only. no drugs involved.

What is "mmpi"? Is this a psych. evaluation known as the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory?
Bottom line is that if you are on probation, and you are required to follow the course set by the counselor, then your choices are pretty simple: Adhere to the program, or risk incarceration. If you feel the counselor has exceeded the scope of his authority, speak to his supervisor or to your probation officer.
