Album Title Question

Hello,
I have produced an album. On the album is a song called "Beyond the Astral Sky" and I'm thinking of titling the album the same. In 1985, there was an album produced by Electric Sun and Uli Jon Roth titled "Beyond the Astral Skies." Would this be a problem to call my album "Beyond the Astral Sky"?

Yes, it would be a big problem. It's called infringement and you can be sued for every penny you make off your album and then some.

Might even be criminal prosecution these days.

You'll need to change the name of the song, too.

If you plan on making a living off your talent you need to have an intellectual property attorney advise you on copyright and trademark infringement law.
