Ok so i was at a big department store and my friend and i stole some pants. I dont know the exact price but im guessing at most it was $65. The police were called and i was banned from the mall i was shopping at, and the store. They took pictures of me and all.
Questions
~ I was 17 the day i did it but i turned 18 the next day, is it going to go on my adult permant record? and do i have to tell my current employer?
~ I just got excepted to a college could i lose that? (I really dont want to explain that to my parents)
~ since i was 17 (18 now) when i was caught is my mom going to have to go to court wit me?
~ I also have a promising intership this summer that could end up being a life career and i really dont want to screw that up, so will i have to tell them?
~ Lastly what should i expect as punishment?
