I just wanted to know if there are any age requirements for buying a house. Something like age seems a little arbitrary to me, but oh well. Do you have to be 18? 21? Or can you buy one as long as you're competent enough and have the money? What are the laws about this, specifically in the state of Louisiana? New York?
