Hi, I just have a question about the age of consent laws in Michigan. One of my neighbors is 16 years old (male) and he's dating and has been sexually active with a 30 year old woman. They now think she may be pregnant. Could charges be pressed against the woman? The male is about to be 17 in a few months.
