I have access to my world wide company's computers. I stumbled on documents marked secret and confidental that show an eight year plan. This plan shows how they want to rid themselves of the old employees. Using retirement, special attrition program or just laying people off and letting their benifits run out. They have a union and they also show how they are going to get the union to buy off on the plan.
All employees who have access to company computers could find the documents I found. I have done nothing illegal to get this information. If I am forced to take retirement or the special attrition program could I use this information to sue the company?
