8years ago i got in a dispute about a personal loan repayment, the bank told me to send the money for the interests and keep paying with no problem, i send a check and they say they can't accept it cause it was personal check they want a post office check
i told her i was working two jobs didnt have time to go to post office, they cash the check and send the account to a collection agency,
they guy called me i told them i can make monthly payments, did two payments and he said he can't accept the monthly anymore they want the total,
i say i couldnt do that, they damage my credit end of story,
now another agency is trying to collect the money plus interests the original debt was about 6,000 and now they want 12,000, do i have to pay? after they damage my credit 8 years ago?
