In 1997 I was arrested for possesion of marijuan, a joint. Since it was a first offense I was put into a program- liscense supension, classes, drug tests, and monthly court appearences were required. After about 6 months I bailed from the program because of work and frustration(not a smart move). I later was pulled over for expired tags and my work bag had a "one hitter" in it with .2 grams of marijuana. For this I was fined, put on probation for 6 mos, and the paraphernalia charge was dropped - was also fined for the vhicle as well. I have yet to take care of the original 1997 charge, and it is now 2005 and I am 29 yrs old. I am not sure what will happen when I turn myself in. I have since moved to PA, benn working and going to school(college) full-time, and recently got married. My wife and I want to take a trip to Europe, but I'm not sure if I can get a passport until this is cleared up......
