1. I do not want to divorce but wife will not go to marriage counseling and says she is no longer in love. As eluded to I would like to work things out but she seems to have no interest. We are not separate and still live in our house.
2. My wife is a foreign national and I am afraid that she may take the kids out of the USA and never return. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? Is there some type of national registry that would prevent one parent from absconding away with the children? They have passports but my wife has them.
3. Is there any hope for a guy to keep his sons? They are two and five.
4. I do not want any of this to happen and pray it doesn't but I need to be safe...and so need advice.
