I own a business and have a HUGE problem.

We ordered a product to be used in a job. We ordered the product believing it would be made according to the vendor company's published specifications.
We received and installed the product, unaware that the product provided was not manufactured according to specs.

The product has failed to perform properly, in some cases, failing extrememly rapidly. Consider sustituting cardboard for plywood, and its about what happened to us.

The vendor wants to argue that we did not install it properly, therefore declaring there is no warranty on the product. However, I would believe that since the material breech happened first, the vendor is entirely on the hook for the problem.
