Can my husband's ex come after my LLC for childsupport? I write him a check weekly, shouldn't the state look to his LLC?

You would normally have no legal obligation to pay anyone's child support but your own!!!!
If, however, he is your employee; you could be ordered to honor a wage attachment against his wages, not your assets.
Now, if you were to fire him, well; you know.

I agree with army judge, you are not forced to pay for others child and if you are writing check to your husband then it is all your and your husband's matter. Your husband paying anything to his ex then only jury panel is able to give any decision on it.
