18 yr old female is in the Navy.
Married a 20 yr old in the Army.
Have been married now 2 weeks.
They are seperated by 1200 miles because the female is in training.
For the past week the husband stated that he was to report to a particular base and found out that he has been AWOL.
Apparantly AWOL for just over a week BEFORE they were married and without her knowledge.
He is now in a Brig and will get court marshalled and will more likely get some prison time.
Can this marriage be anulled? Or would a standard divorce be in order here.
Does this have to happen through the military...?
What areas need to be looked at?
