do i have to file in person? i live in no.ca. and my mother had the trust established in central ca. also will the trust issues need to be dealt with in that county only? is it possible to take care of this here where i'm at somehow? thankyou
You need to file in the county where the Administrator resides. I strongly suggest hiring an attorney. He may be able to get the accounting for you without going to court.
ok, i looked into that just a little, one attorney wanted 40% of the estate, or a retainer that i couldn't begin to come up with. is there anywhere that i could go for legal help at middle class single mom income level? ha ha
