What Are My Rights To An Acounting Of My Mothers Estate/trust, As Sole Beneficiary? What Do I Do If The Adminstrator Refuses?

You file a motion requiring an accounting.

The court will either grant it or not grant it.

If it is granted and the personal representative won't follow it, then he is in deep trouble with the court.

1 more thing

do i have to file in person? i live in no.ca. and my mother had the trust established in central ca. also will the trust issues need to be dealt with in that county only? is it possible to take care of this here where i'm at somehow? thankyou

You need to file in the county where the Administrator resides. I strongly suggest hiring an attorney. He may be able to get the accounting for you without going to court.

wahhhhhhhh.

ok, i looked into that just a little, one attorney wanted 40% of the estate, or a retainer that i couldn't begin to come up with. is there anywhere that i could go for legal help at middle class single mom income level? ha ha

You should be able to find an attorney that will write a demand letter for under 500. If not PM me.
