ADHD testing

I recently took the ADHD testing offered by my school. They did not tell me they will charge me $900 before we completed it, but they charged me now out of nowhere and it put me into a lot of stress. Could I sue them or negotiate with them for a reduced rate?

You can certainly discuss lowering the charges because of your rather anemic financial condition.
You could even ask them if you could pay it off over the school year.
All they can say is no.
As far as any lawsuit, I don't see much success with that.
You should have asked about costs before agreeing to the series of tests.

It was your responsibility to ask if there was a cost for the testing.

Talk to them & see if something can be worked out such as a reduced rate or payment plan. It will not hurt to ask. Good luck.
