Assault & Battery accused of battery for defending myself with a picture frame,while being choked

and pushed down ,buy accuser,MOM,then daugher punched me in the face,icalled 911,very big cut on lip,chipped tooth,from daughter,mom 2 scraches on arm police report said,maybe fingernail or frame..i went to jail for battery,no mention on report of daughter??? im 55 daugt.20 mom,38yrs.i was arrested when 18 in arz.for dui..hade paid a traffic warrent off last year,but they said i still had warrent ,wouldnt let me get the papers in the bdrm,to prove it.went to vid court 3 days later,no mention of warrent,but was told i had done 23 days??? i didnt say anything ,then told i had 2 do 90 more days,then told story,got relesed,go back nov 2..should i be doing something before go iam unenployed & staying w/friend..can i sue the daughter at least to get my smile back.?? any input would be great..i was given 30 day notice by landlord,for battery no lease

At first I had difficulty reading why this was in the landlord/tenant forum.

However, if your question is whether the landlord can terminate your lease with a 30 day notice, I've enclosed how oral leases can be terminated in the state of Nevada:

I suppose you can sue anyone for anything (in regards to the physical fight you had); winning might be tricky though.
