If you request a transfer to a less stressful job that you have 3 years experience.You are with a new employer of 3 weeks and the less stressful job has become opened.
You do not have the required 6 months to transfer. Can the job accommodate your request, do to the up coming month of chemo therapy you have to take to persevere your life. The current job will be too stressful and will result in call offs,just from prior chemo therapy.

They can if they want to. The length of employment doesn't make any difference. However, the employer doesn't have to override its policy to provide you with a "reasonable accommodation". What does your doctor recommend?

I have to ask, though, why did you accept a new job three weeks ago if you knew or suspected it would be "too stressful"?
