* Walked into a bar/restaurant down the NJ Shore.
it was a large Irish bar in Ocean Grove....
I am a 57 year old conservative male...that was
dressed with plain white shorts and a dress white
golf shirt...my girlfriend likewise...
My girlfriend and I were neatly dressed...only I had
a simple white nike golf cap that I was wearing flipped
around (like a baseball catcher )
the greeter at the front door podium...advised me that
they allow caps to be worn, however, they required that
I flip the cap around after 6PM (it was about 550PM)
when we entered...
(I reconfirmed with the greeter...what he was saying...
and he did say, you can wear the cap but it must be
turned forward..)
* bascially, I left and went to another place to eat...
However, should I have sat down and started to eat ...
and left my hat backwards... could they have their 'security"
people try to forcibly remove me if I did not comply?
If so, would they have possibly exposed themselves
to assault or a like charge or complaint??
