I have a question about the full legal meening of the sentance:
"I herby acknowledge the receipt of this letter and the conditions herein" in english.

If I signed under this sentance, does that mean that I had also accepted condition in the letter or that I only confirmed that I received the letter with conditions.

Translated from english to another language, translator just added word "accept" considering that it implies in the english version of the document.

It's impossible to tell the full legal meaning (or if it has any legal meaning) without the full context.

Generally, "acknowledge" has a very different meaning from "accept". You can acknowledge receipt of something without intending to be bound by whatever the thing says. However, this sentence says that you "acknowledge receipt of the letter and the conditions herein".

You could always sign, and next to your signature, stipulate that you acknowledge receipt of the letter but do not necessarily accept the conditions.
