Yes, assuming you actually reside in the new school district. If you plan to move to a different state then switching schools is an obvious requirement.
Once 18 you will not need parental permission to withdraw from your current school, move out of state, and enroll elsewhere.
Whether that is a good idea depends on many other factors. Most who pursue this sort of change learn the facts of life the hard way.

Well...if the answer to this question were no, that would mean a student whose family moved from Florida to Washington (for example) would have to continue attending school in a place that is 2,500-3,500 miles from where he or she lives. The law is not always logical, but that would be beyond stupid, so the answer is, of course, yes.

I have a feeling what you are really asking is if you can move elsewhere and enroll yourself against your parent or guardian's wishes, once you turn 18. The answer is that it depends. While you have the legal right to live where you like, schools may still require a parent or legal guardian enroll you; they will not automatically allow you to do this yourself. In fact, count on that as a requirement. If you find a school or school system willing to do otherwise, you have found the exception to the rule.

At age 18 you become an adult.
You can move anywhere you wish.
You can disenroll yourself from school in state Xxxx, relocate to state zzzzz and enroll in a new school.

But, why bother, if traditional school isn't your cup of tea?

You can simply pursue a GED in all 50 states, get a job, live your little life in peace.

You can even enroll in community college without a high school diploma or a GED as an adult, no stress, no sweat, no questions asked.

That's the better option.
You won't need to waste more time pursuing something you don't want, that won't mean more money in your pocket.

A GED will serve as a high school diploma, a certificate in a trade or a skill from a community college, or an AA degree can be obtained at any community college.
