Two weeks ago a women ran a red light, we ran into her. She was cited for going through a red light.
Our vehicle was totaled and now I am without a car, blue book value equaled the loan amount on the vehicle. We are not getting anything for this. We weren't able to get a rent-a-car because we have to pay and then get reimbursed. I cannot afford that.
I feel that she destroyed my vehicle because of her negligence, that somehow we should be reimbursed enough to get another vehicle.
I have back and neck pain, but nothing severe. I have gone to the doctors and he said I would probably have to go for therapy. From what I was told that goes under no fault and my insurance pays that bill.
I need a vehicle and a dependable one for my son who has severe disabilities, that is why we bought a new vehicle to begin with.
Is there something we can do about this?
