Sex Crimes, Sex Offenders A question on prostitiution

ok, i know this is going to sound wierd but i have a question, ok If i go up to a prostitute and give here $2,000 for a lolly pop(the candy)and then she has sex with me for giving her 2,000$ for the lolly pop and a cop sees the transaction will i go to jail? how would i hold up in court?????

The cop will definitely arrest you because it's an easy arrest for them and they are not really concerned with digging up the real truth about why you gave her money. They do not care truly care about the truth. In court it won't hold up because nobody will believe that you paid $2000 for a lolly pop either. If you get a little bit more creative, I'm sure you could justify what the money is for before you trade.
