I am a Section 8 tenant and I have lived in my building for nine years. The building was just recently sold twice and the current new owners do not want to except Section 8 anymore. They have served 30 of the 40 units with 90 day notices. Would this not be considered "Major Rehabilitation"? All of us are low income, should they not help us with Relocation Assistance?
