My name is Bryan. I drive a delivery truck for a local propane company. I have a Class A CDL, with Hazmat, Tanker endorsements. I have 2 other speeding violations, but they are about a year old.
My question is this- Just today- 10/3/08, i got a speeding ticket on my motorcycle- 79 in a 55 by a NC state patrol. Since i have a CDL, with hazmat, would the District Attorney possibly lower the speeding violation to a speed low enough to protect my liscence, and my employment. My wife has already used a prayer for judgement, so its my understanding that there is only one PJC available per household. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.
(I have broken my own rule about riding the bike while mad, now i guess i'll pay for it!!)
