Ive gotten charged for going 71 in a 55 zone at 5:15am.. i was hauling a boat and going down a hill..never hauled the boat before and i know i wasnt going that fast, the cop didnt pull me over until 5 miles down the road into the 45 zone..there was another car besides me who sped up so fast i know he was speeding but the cop pulled me over...
is there any way i can fight this? i have never hauled a boat behind my suv before, and i know i couldnt of been going that fast..was going down a hill and you know a heavy boat will make your vehicle go faster.. sometimes you just cant watch your speeddometor every minute on the minute, was worried about the boat, and going over the line
