Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication 2nd mip 19 years old

i got a minor operating a motor vechile while under the consumption of alohol about ayear ago but was reduced to a mip after i did the classes and paid the fine but the case is suppose to be closed on the 10th for one more court date and then i got arrested for a burglary one and a theft one and they said as long as i dont get in any trouble they wont bring them back up then last night i was in a car with 4 other people and the driver totaled the car i told the officers i had not been drinking and i told the firefighters the same thing i had not been sluring my words or anything but the officer had me do a breathlizer and he did not tell me what i had blew then he walked off and said 2 out of the 5 of us were getting mips and i was wondering how will thiss effect my burglary and theft charge and what will the consequences be i live in the state of wa can my liscence be suspended if i wasnt driving??
