I received my 2nd D.u.i offense yesterday after being hit by another vehicle on the freeway. Once the CHP arrived on scene they were able to tell that I had been drinking and was arrested for 23152(a) & 23152(b)vc - bac. 08
My first d.u.i offense was in 2002 when i was 17 and underage.
I would like to know what type of fines/fees and jail time I will be receiving from the judge. I would also like to know how long my license will be suspended for and if I would be able to get a restricted license. (worst case scenario and best case scenario would be awesome.)
I am currently not able to afford an attorney but would like to know if I would be able to get a public defender.
