i did extensive google searching but couldnt find anything, hopeing for more luck here.

what is the punishment for a 21 year old (no previous record, was in iraq, home on honorable discharge) caught providing alcohol for an 18 year old and a 17 year old?

alcohol was vodka, bacardi, and a 30 pack.

he has plead not guilty, claiming he doesnt know what is going on and that he never bought any alcohol for anyone. i was subpoena'd to testify and i would try to help him but the other kid was also subpoena'd and he will not attempt to lie to save our friend so i am forced to tell the truth.

any recomendations on how to handle this?

thanks.

ps -> yes i know this is all stupid and we made some very dumb moves.

Do I get this right that you are called as a witness? If you lie under oath you commit perjury which is a felony that can land you in jail, a much more serious charge than what this other guy is charged with.
