Greetings;
here is my question.
In Massachusetts, a restraining order was issued for one year,a year passed and it expired, another one was issued and I was not notified nor was I served a copy of the new order.
Can I be violated if I was not served or notified of the new order?
secondly,
How can a person say that you violated the order by calling them, and the police just go on this persons word? Do they not have to prove it?
What protection is in place for the person being falsely accused of the violation?
