Ok I've been to court and the judge ruled in my favor for me the father to have custody of my daughter. She's 2 years old. I'm trying to figure out what the best visitation schedule is for her. I gave my ex a set of papers that said we switched every other week till she was three then after that she got her every other weekend like a standard divorce. She said no way would she sign it unless it was 50/50. So I wonder do I stick to what I came up with and let the judge decided if it's a good visitation schedule or is there a better alternative. We live 45-50 miles apart so my daughter will no be able to have interactions with friends all the time only when she at the right house. The other thing that worries me is the fact there would be no stability in her schedule. Anyone have suggestions?
