so the story is i'm 20 years old. i got my first dui when i was 17 and all of that is taken care of. i just recently got a second dui, in the time being waiting for court i got an MIP and blew a .05. i'm going to be joining rehab soon and going on probation and AA and all of that stuff. i got the MIP in a different county and im wondering if i'm going to need an attorney because all of my money is going to be sunk into this dui. should i just plead no contest and hope that rehab is enough and probation will be combined with the probation ill already be on. i really dont want this to stay on my record because as you can tell it's bad enough.
