My last surviving parent, lifelong NYS resident, died 11/07, leaving a Will naming all children equal beneficiaries, and naming 2 of them Co-Executors, myself and my sibling.
The Attorney who prepared the Will and who is representing the Estate, prepared the legal documents for the Will to be submitted to Surrogates Court, which I signed and notarized, and gave to my sibling to do same.
My sibling is holding onto those papers and refusing to cooperate. What are my options?
