Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft 19 first offense, UT

Made big mistake and got caught shoplifting. was given a citation for 3 counts of retail theft. one class a misdemeanor and two class b misdemeanors. Wondering if there will be jail time involved? My first time in trouble with the law
 
Jail is an option yes but not likely on first offense even with three counts. However you are best to start calling Lawyers for legal advice on how to plea. Many offer free consultations get as many as you can. You can also help yourself by enrolling in an anti shoplifting course. I recommend course offered by NASP. you can find info on their course at their website. In meantime read the links below. they will show how enrolling in such courses can help you in court!

i would like to get registered for that course offered by NASP. is there a charge for the course? and if possible and email to the director would be appreciated
