Ok... so i think ive got this down... i go to the pd tell him im guilty , talk to him about diversion.. we'll discuss that and he'll try to get that approved. What if it doesnt get approved... i mean am i likely to get it approved?

(sorry i ask so many questions im just really scared about this ... im pretty stupid.)
