My son entered into a verbal agreement with the manager of an RV park to cut and trim grass. The manager paid in cash. The manager asked him to do cut down and trim bushes and was promised additional money for this. My son and a friend performed the work over a 3 day period and was promised money on June 3rd. Now, the manager will not pay my son for the work he performed and the amount due is $750.
It seems that the 3 rules of a contract were fulfilled. Is Small Claims Court the proper way for my son to be compensated?
