Mother and child in Ohio, Father in New York.
Situation - messy divorce, 1 child involved.
CPO against father, due to expire in 2012.
Mother has used this to deny father ability to contact child even though court has told her not to.
Courts do not seem to listen.
Can father contact child through a social networking site or does mother have the right to stop the contact?
Child is now 17 - is it a waste of time and $ to go back to court?
Father will not be able to attend graduation or any other of child's activities due to CPO - can this be altered at all?
