17 yearold with GED

Hey, I am 17 years old and have my GED i plan to move out of my house in arkansas soon, to another state, if i go without my parents consent, what are the chances the law will mess with me? Which state's laws apply?
The receiving state is oregon

Until you reach the age of majority (18) your parents
still have control

If you leave without their consent they can report you
as a runaway
