Hi, I'm 16 yrs. old.. I am living in Virginia and always have.. Umm.. I was sexually abused by my father when I was younger and I have went to court about that.. Umm.. My mom has a drinking problem, which we are currently in court about.. Here for the past year I have been diagnosed with severe depression and severe anxiety .. I have been staying with my boyfriend and his father because that is the only place I feel comforted and safe.. In my last court date, the judge said "If you do not decide to move into yours mothers home again, custody will needed to be granted".. Social services stated that was in my best interest.. His dad will try for custody of me and my mom will sign consent.. What should i do?
