13 yr old/florida/grandmother

Our 13 old daughter stay with grandmother to finish school. Well they decided she would stay. What legal rights to they or me have to just go get her.

If so, you have every legal right to go and get her. She is your daughter. Until she is 18, she lives where you say she lives.

yes we r still her gaurdians, we never sighned anything over to them. i know in florida it says a 13 year old can decide, or am i reading that wrong

In no state does a minor child get to decide that she's going to live with her grandmother in another state instead of with her parents.
