In 1998 in the state of Nebraska got pullled over for speeding 21+ mph, minor in possession of alcohol, possession of someone's driver's license, and expired drivers license, and failure to appear. Officer searched my wallent and found the ID. I hired a lawyer and says he can get them dismissed. He talked with the DA and they do not want to dismiss the case. What do you think my penalty would be and will I have jail time? No previous record prior or after the incident, just 1 speeding ticket.
