Vaccine Mandate for Federal EEs Blocked by My Friend Federal Judge Jeffrey Brown

Presidents are not kings. They have limits to their authority. It is good to see thre courts reminding them of this.

    Is this legally binding?

Did this document specify a term for which you would make payments? Odds are you can ignore this. On this fixed income she wouldn't get far trying to pursue you. Unless you are served documents to appear in court doubt worry about it. She doesn't exist in your world. Move on.

I was the victim of an attempted rape and want to sue

I'm not sure I have heard of an adult being sued in civil court for an alleged act as a 13 year old. Had it been timely, it is the parents of the minor who would be sued. Granted, the Japan location throws a twist in it.

I was the victim of an attempted rape and want to sue

Since I didn't see anyone else mention it, and for what it's worth, both parties were minors at the time. Suing now for civil damages is not an option.

    rental charge

I agree with the abovee about written notices. In fact, your rental agreement likely requires you to give written notices of any damages. Any conversations made in person or over the phone never happened. Leave a paper trail, or even email is acceptable.

    Grandfather clauses

It is quite possible your boss is not allowed to rent to your without permission and never got it. Your application may have been required years ago. There is nothing wrong wiith the new ownership seeking it now. This should not be seen as a sign they view you as a troublemaker. It only means...

Medical Malpractice Failure to properly diagnose actionable?

If the doctors came to reasonable diagnosis with the information they had available then they did just fine. Not every diagnosis is correct. Sometimes it takes some troubleshooting to sort it out. Your challenge here is to prove the doctors did something they should not have, or failed to do...

Can I be issued a citation based on what I said?

You told him you did not know and guessed. Challenge the citation and when the time comes the officer will have to give evidence of how your speed was determined. If this is all there is then you are on your way to an easy dismissal. Regardless of what the officer said, the speed limit is...

Assault & Battery What do I do? Do I need to get an attorney?

It isn't clear what charges you face, but based on what you have written it seems the evidence against you is likely minimal. Most definately plead not guilty, and with the help of an attorney make this all go away.

Property Invasion, Damages, Trespass Neighbor has been vandalizing my cars

If you like, rent a giant trash bin and have it placed in front of his house. You dont have to give up. You could spend lots of money doing things that won't improve the situation. Your simplest solution is to move the car.

    Home Intruder

There are things that can be done, legally, to make it very inconvenient to stay there. The utilities cant be turned off, but you can remove light bulbs. You can also pack away dishes, linens, toilet paper, shower curtains, and anything else the freeloader makes use of. If the freeloader...

Property Invasion, Damages, Trespass Neighbor has been vandalizing my cars

I agree you can certainly park there as long as you dont violate any local ordinance and keep the vehicle registered. I also agree that your solution to the problem is to park elsewhere. Without more than suspicion you won't get anywhere trying to hold your neighbor responsible for any...

Inadvertently gave a police officer incorrect information

It is the neighbor's responsibility to prove your driveway in on her property, but if you want to resolve it get your own survey done and provide a copy to your neighbor. Heck, maybe even build a nice big fence just to rub it in. I agree it doesn't matter if you had received the letter or not...

    Breach of contract

I agree there is nothing for you to pursue here. You did not make your payment. Had property or money charned hands it would be a better argument to make. At this point you are out no money and a lawsuit will not get the property for you. It now belongs to someone else. Find another option and...

Contract cancellation after 10 days period

I would add that ALL communication regarding this be done in writing by both parties. Meanwhile, why not try and secure your loan elsewhere so you can pay off the dealer? You are not limited to the dealers financing. If you come up with the money they will gladly go away.

    Company stole my money

What really matters here are the terms you agreed to at the time you purchased the tickets. Do you have any of that information? Surely there were deadlines involved. Did you request your refund within the required time, and via the required method?

Breach of contract//Do I take the deal?

Have you thoroughly explored options to have him pay your legal fees if you prevail? Since you say there was no contract entered in to then it may not be an option, but if he insists there was then perhaps there is some angle?
