    State Farm Nightmare! Please Help!

Yes, it did. The problem is that the part is obsolete. It was obsolete before the accident, but became an immediate issue because of the accident. Many other parts of the vehicle are likely also obsolete.

    Question about privacy at work

It is unlikely that the cameras have this ability. I wouldn't worry much about it. I agree it is best to just not use your personal cell phone on the job at all. I suspect that is the message behind the comment you received about the cameras zooming ability.

Weapons, Guns, Firearms Felon in possession

Correct, but it does not become federal jurisdiction until some kind of interstate activity takes place. Until then the state law applies. It wouldn't even be on the federal radar. At least that is my understanding. We haven't heard an answer on the 15 years yet anyway.

Weapons, Guns, Firearms Felon in possession

Assuming the crime stated is the only conviction, if it has been more than 15 years there would be no offense for possession. If less than 15 then there is certainly a possession offense, however I do not see a statute that would apply to the daughter in this scenario. Federal limits would...

    1. Expedite? Unlikely. When you sold the vehicle did you fail ti report rhe sale to the state? If so, as far as they are concerned you were still the owner. 2. Not really. Again, by reporting the sale you would have avoided all this. It is not clear that you made the report. 3. No. If...

    17- year-old seeking name change

Tell him to wait one more year and he can do whatever he wants. He has waited this long, one more year is a piece of cake. He needs to understand that changing his name does not change who he is or where he comes from. It is only symbolic.

    Slip and Fall Car Accident

I agree that you should notify your insurance of what happened so they can be prepared if she tries to make a claim. By your description, I disagree that you have any fault here. Find out if the grocery store or any other business has video. If you stopped short as you describe then her slip...
