    Being sued twice

You very much can get a default judgment against you. It shouldn't happen because the case shouldn't be heard without proof. I suspect this may be why the case was continued to the new date. Service only needs to happen five days before the court date, so don't think you're home free...

    Being sued twice

I see no indication that there are separate plaintiffs.

My right to properly I.D. myself, I'm suing the state

You can't sue courthouses or judges. That will not happen. Suing the sheriff or the state isn't going to last very long. As others pointed out, you could easily get most of this stuff replaced on your own. Further, if you have issues with the restraining order and arrangements, you...

    Car Lease Purchase option

The post-lease buy out was probably set by formula when the lease was taken out originally. It may or may not be a good deal. Really, the lender doesn't care. They don't want the leased car back, it's a better deal for them for you to buy it without them having to dispose of it.

Can I sue over the frederal contractor mandate?

Other than the part about the president being immune to such things, your comment is wrong. Other than not having standing nor an actionable claim, he could sue the agency whose contract was mandating the vaccination regardless of who put the mandate they were enforcing. Of course, you're...

    Homicide, Murder, Manslaughter Potter Trial

He was already cuffed and in the process of being crammed in the back of the police car. There were at least two officers there to handle that.

Failure to Earn 100% FPL and Insurance Through ACA Marketplace

No, you are not going to get criminally charged. You can fix it on your taxes when you file. If you fail to do so, most likely the IRS will "correct" it themselves and assess you the additional tax liability. Even failure to pay that will just lead to collection actions.

    Homicide, Murder, Manslaughter Potter Trial

Even if they were 100% guaranteed to be safe, the use that many officers use is inhumane and likely unconstitutional if they were subject to any real scrutiny. Tasers just make the random overuse of force more palatable and hence encourages it.

Can I sue over the frederal contractor mandate?

Well, at this point, the implementation of the mandate has been suspended by the courts, so any random actions on the same activity are going to be dismissed out of hand. If the courts uphold the ban, you won't be able to sue over anything as it NEVER WENT INTO EFFECT. Second, you have no...

    Homicide, Murder, Manslaughter Potter Trial

The other thing is to stop using tasers as a casual thing to "punish" allegedly "non-compliant" suspects with. Even tasers can be lethal in situations. Their use should be restricted to times when no other option is available.

    Car Lease Purchase option

Chances are, they will sell to you provided you are able to obtain financing for the cost. Car leases aren't "lease-purchase" plans in the traditional sense. They're likely not giving you any deal on the residual car. They'd likely sell it to anybody.

    Homicide, Murder, Manslaughter Potter Trial

It's hard to believe, but this has not been the first time that it has happened. There have been at least three other cases that I am aware of. THere was the Oscar Grant/Johannes Mehserle shooting in Calfiornia. That one was even more egregiously awful, because there was no doubt that the...

My Neighborhood Covenant wasn't disclosed at closing.

Alas, even if there was an HOA you're out of luck. HOAs are loosely regulated in Alabama and there's no obligation of disclosure of rules/covenants unlike some other states. It's up to you to do your do diligence. Understand you won't ever typically find this in a "DEED". A deep is just...

    Speeding Ticket

Your "belief" is not going to get you anything. You can always go to court and make your case, it will cost you nothing but your time. If points are more important to you than money, hire an attorney.

    Ladybird Deed - Florida

Sorry ArmyJudge, but the above is just complete nonsense I know what site you took that quote from but it is wrong. The term "ladybird deed" comes from Attorney Jerome Ira Solkoff, who published various books and articles on legal matters. Solkoff used various takes on famous people in his...
