    Woman working in mans world

Nothing in your post warrants any illegal act by the company. It may be an unpleasant working enviroment for you so you might wish to look elsewhere for employment. Unless you can show undeniable proof that the company is discriminating against you due to your sex, there is nothing you can do...

    in need of immediate help

You and your parents must pursue this with the school's principal. Demand that she prove it. When she cannot, that will discredit her side of the story. Your parents cannot allow the principal to side with his employee. Your parents must insist that this situation be investigated and...

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Shoplifting question

Yes they may pursue it, yet they must also prove it. The info within your post does not warrant sufficient cause to suspect shoplifting. I surmise there may be missing info.

what can i do if a boss makes me take meds

You need to respect the concern of your boss. If you stopped taking the Ritalin upon the advice of your doctor, then have the doctor submit a note explaining this to your boss. Your boss should then be satisfied. If, on the otherhand, you simply decided to stop taking the medication...

drug dealers loittering in front of my home

And now you expect it to all of a sudden vanish? Move. If you are unable to move, my only other suggestion would be to enlist the help of other people in your community that are in the same predicament as you. If the homeowners can make their presence known and make the area uncomfortable...

    parking lot damage

You would need to prove the owner was negligent in some manner which resulted in the damage to your wife's vehicle. Was the rebar indeed improperly installed? Was this an accident waiting to happen? Was the owner aware of the situation and did nothing about it? Was the item so brazen that...

Ticket for pulling onto HWY too fast? Officer Ego

I was going to suggest calling his desk Sergeant. But, perhaps you are right that nothing may be done. Then again it wouldn't hurt. There is good and bad in everything, and the Tampa Bay area police force is no different... (My area as well)

Ticket for pulling onto HWY too fast? Officer Ego

Personally, I'd take the chance and go to court. Chances are good that either the officer won't show up (automatic win), or you get a sympathetic judge. At most, you would lose and have a small additional court cost. Worth your day in court? Yes.

Can I be given a traffic ticket if there wasn't a valid reason to pull me over?

What I am saying is, the police will come up with a whole arsenal of reasons why they stopped you. If you dispute one reason, they will have another. In Florida you must make the address change within 30 days of moving. I assume the requirement in MN is similar.

All parking within premises is at our own risks

This is a "self Serving" policy and can be defeated if you show negligence on the part of the company.

Pre-billing to avoide sales tax increase

Sales tax is based upon the invoice date. The invoice date can be construed as a contract to purchase date. Delivery date is irrelevant.

Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Police Handing Over Phone Records?

You do not indicate that you've had any direct contact from police. You are evasive of how you learned of this situation, though you mention several times that the individual has "claimed" this or that. Have you actually been in contact with this individual possibly by email or Internet...

    Possibly being overpayed

Sounds like a possible miscommunication between your manager and the payroll department. Perhaps the "incorrect" pay adjustment form was sent. Most definitely bring this to the attention of your manager. He should rectify this with the payroll department and any "short" amount from the...

    Low-rent, lower class neighbor

Was the box addressed to you? Was your neighbor perhaps retrieving a package that was left at your residence by mistake? If the package WAS addressed to you, then why did you refuse it? About what? It is unclear what legal issue you may have.

Wireless provider billing more than it should

Theresagail, I disagree that it is greed. A company cannot spend it's valuable time to rehash old business. They give a reasonable period for which they are willing to make corrections. After this time they consider the invoice closed. For them to look back and adjustment old items would...

Wireless provider billing more than it should

You asked for legal options and there are NONE. This is NOT a legal issue. The company did NOT "steal". This is a fairly stardard policy. It is incumbant upon the customer to review their invoice. Payment is viewed as acceptance of the bill. Don't take it personal as to the blame placed...
