What my rights to this house?

I assume that you are not on the title. Then he can sell the house unless you can get the court to order otherwise. You need to talk to an attorney immediately and file for a divorce.

Listed as defendant and need help. please

Since you purchased the truck in CA the CA court will have long arm jurisdiction over you. I loaned my crystal ball to SJ and he hasn't returned it so I have no idea why you are being sued either. My suggestion is to try and contact the attorneys for some of the other defendants and try to find...

Any difference between a Power of Attorney and Conservetorship?

Assuming he has capacity, you need to go ahead with a divorce and get the title to the property cleared up now. If it is a durable power of attorney then there is no need to go to court for a conservatorship or guardianship. Simply record the POA in the county where you now reside.

No. A PFJ is only for minor traffic tickets.

    child support

Was the "agreement" ever entered in court? It may or may not hold up, no way to know for sure until a judge makes a decision.

100+ mph in 65, California CHP, Juvenile

Hmmm, which is more dangerous, 3 kids in a nonmoving vehicle for 15 minutes or 3 kids in a vehicle doing 100+ for we don't know how long? Here, he could have arrested you and had the car towed. I have also known of people spending jail time for similar situations in other states. Methinks you...

    writ of attachment

They can't get a writ of attachement without a court proceeding. If you were not properly noticed, then you can make a Rule 60 motion to the court to have it set aside. If you did not show, then you have lost and you cannot now sue them over the same issue. The judgment is the law of the case.

Final Judgment Received. Now What Can I Do With It

You may have won the battle but lost the war. Probably all it is worth is to frame and hang on your wall. Unless a person has real property or your state allows garnishment of wages, you are never going to see any money.

    seller backing out

Mr. K's answer is all anyone can give you unless you want to give us the termination language in the contract. Typically, to be absoultely sure you can enforce any claim, you would still have to show up at the closing prepared to tender.

My neighbor is suing me and I think he is just plain extrorting money. Easment issue.

You do not need to defend yourself. You need an attorney to properly file an answer or you will be in default. Easements are special and you need an attorney to review the paperwork. If your agreement with the neighbor was verbal, you have a complete bar due to the Statute of Frauds. If in...

Writting a will is a bad idea as it can be brok

It is not the attorney's duty to "protect" the beneficiaries and he is entitled to take the PR's word as long as someone does not protest. It is his duty to be sure that they are properly noticed and have the opportunity to protest and that the estate is handled in accordance with the law. It is...

Bills of a husband that has passed away

Assuming the bills are only his, she can send them a copy of the death certificate and notify them that there was no estate. Since she will get phone calls for the next ten years, an unlisted number would be a good idea.

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Speedy trial? Can't leave state...

I assume that a condition of his bond is that he remain in the state. If he fails to do that, they can issue a warrant for his arrest and keep him in jail until trial. However, it does not seem that he has much choice. As a pratical matter, as long as he makes his probation and court...

You go to the probate court in the county of the decedent's residence and open probate. Take an original of the death certificate and the original of the will if there is one.

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Warrant for Citation Missed Court Date

It is unlikely that he did not receive the ticket. While it is possible that someone else had his ID, with a false ID they would have one that shows they are of legal age. You can call the clerk and get a court date. If you can prove he was somewhere else, you may have a shot at dismissal.

    Quit Claim Deed

I am not sure of the validity of a quit claim deed with such a provision. In addition there should have been a time limit, otherwise he could live there forever. Normally you would do this by an agreement filed with the court and then sign the deed when you receive the money. Was the amount FMV...

Consumer Law, Warranties Billing for services not rendered...breach of contract?

They can put it on your credit report or sue you in small claims. Sounds like you have an excellent defense and I doubt they would win in court. I would write them a letter CRRR explaning why you are not going to pay. It was their negligence that caused the problem, not yours.
